Et une seule regroupe tous les services publics.
Preuve que la convergence est encore un mirage lointain.

Sans compter que toutes les luttes n'ont pas besoin de la même stratégie mais l'initiative est bonne. L'union fait la force ca c'est certain. Pour les onglets j'aurais plus vu "lutte des classes", "lutte pour l'égalité des sexe", etc.

convergence des luttes, unir les diferents mouvements qui militent, soit pour l'écologie, les etudiants, la dette du tiers monde, les sans papiers, les monopoles, israel palestine... Ne plus etre contre les effets mais unis pour une cause commune et des actions nombreuses , percutantes ... j'aimerais bien prendre contact avec vous. lumiere, a bientot .

« Cumuls d’indemnités », c’est quoi ?....... (keg)
Le tour des villages et villes « cumulés »,
mode d’emploi.
Qui s’intéresse au « cumul d’indemnités » des élus, en général.
Excepté les élus qui trouvent ainsi des rentes de situations très juteuses, sur le dos des contribuables.
On parle beaucoup du « cumul des mandats » des parlementaires, mais qui pense que cela cache avant tout une situation plus sordide et plus scabreuse qu’est le « cumul des indemnités » auxquelles tiennent les élus.
J’en veux pour preuve, la gène des 920 parlementaires (dont 749 sont des « cumulards patentés) invités depuis le 09/10/2009 à répondre à la question toute simple qui leur a été posée :
« Qu’elle est votre position vis à vis du cumul de mandats et accessoirement du cumul d’indemnités ?»
Et à laquelle il ne peuvent se dérober, à moins d’avoir des choses à cacher, car cela est inscrit dans la déclaration des droits de l’Homme et du citoyen, dont ils sont, par mandat, les garants !!!!
Au soir du 24/12/2009, ils ne sont que 21 à avoir accompli leur obligation, un petit 2,4% quand même, ce qui nous incite à croire qu’effectivement le silence veut masquer des choses pas bonnes à remuer !
Faisons le pari que dès lors où le « cumul d’indemnités » serait prohibé, « nombre de cumuls de mandats » disparaîtraient.

Vous découvrirez les mécanismes d’une institution politique bien ancrée dans les mœurs des élus et dont ils ne veulent, malgré des « promesses », chaque décennies renouvelées, se défaire, tans les places sont juteuses et bonnes à prendre, y compris les strapontins d’ascension.

la guerre des paysans
je me reporte à l'article de Sarah Flounders :" Wikileaks, la presse à imprimer et la bible".
C'est un bon article qui montre que l'information peut servir de temps en temps à faite progresser la conscience des hommes.
Cependant il y a quelques erreurs ou oublis dans cet article : elle cite Engels et la guerre des paysans qui eut lieu de 1523 à 1525 ' et que Martin Luther condamna . Cette guerre bien relatée par Engels dans son livre " La guerre des paysans " que tout personne sensée devrait relire aujourd'hui, toucha les pays suivants : l'Allemagne, le sud ouest de l'Autriche, l'ouest de la Suisse , la Moselle et l'Alsace ! Ce n'est pas rien... Il y eut en permanence 100.000 paysans armés qui se battirent contre une armée coalisée des princes , moins nombreuse, mais beaucoup mieux armée et aguerrie. La première chanson révolutionnaire émergea de cette guerre : " Spiess voran drauf und dran , hängt aufs closter dach des roten hahn, spiess voran drauf und dran , hängt ihn auf den schloss Kaplan." Traduction : la pique en avant , la pique de côté , mettez le coq rouge sur les toits des églises( incendiez les églises !) , la pique en avant la pique de côté pendez le chapelain dans dans la tour de son château.!" Cette chanson révolutionnaire qui symbolise la lutte des pauvres paysans contre le clergé, la féodalité et la bourgeoisie, a fait l'objet d'une adaptation dans les années 20 en Europe. En France c'est la chanson révolutionnaire " Prolétaires luttons tous chacun à son poste au combat , la victoire est à nous si nous unissons nos bras " chantée sur le même air que la chanson du XVI ème. Vous trouverez dans mon livre:" La servitude volontaire hier et aujourd'hui " le 1er chapitre de ce livre est consacré à la guerre des paysans ... Disponible à la librairie "La Brêche" ou à la librairie "R&sistance" 4 villa Compoint Paris 17ème.*Il faut ajouter qu'à la suite de cette guerre il y eut toutes les luttes des réformés , toutes les jacqueries paysannes, la guerre et le siège de Munster au milieu du XVIème , puis la guierre de trente ans : en un siècle, l'Allemagne perdit le tiers de sa population et on peut penser que tous ces évènements préparèrent la révolution française !

Je sais comme il est déplaisant de connaître le dénouement d’une comédie avant la fin de la représentation et d’anticiper la conclusion parce que le scénariste a été simpliste et d’une certaine façon méprisant envers son public impatient d’en connaître le dénouement.
Aujourd’hui, puisque les scénaristes du spectacle électoral canadien nous ont considérés comme des demeurés et n’ont pas su dissimuler leurs manipulations de coulisse, nous connaîtrons, trois semaines avant la conclusion, le résultat du scrutin secret avant même que les citoyens canadiens n’aillent voter discrètement dans l’isoloir.
Naïvement, puisque les sondages truqués d’avant campagne le donnaient en avance, chacun a cru (comme le premier ministre canadien lui-même) que Stephen Harper l’emporterait haut la main, l’élection ne devant être qu’une formalité de consécration pour ce néo-fasciste de l’ouest canadien. Et bien tous se trompent. Ce n’est pas ainsi qu’en ont décidé les manipulateurs d’élection. Ce ne sont pas les néo-cons qui seront appelés aux commandes du bateau amiral des impérialistes canadiens, ce sont les vieux routiers, leurs préférés, ceux sur lesquels ils ont souvent compté depuis le début de la Confédération, le Parti Libéral du Canada.
L’option néo-con n’est pas le premier choix de la classe capitaliste. C’est l’option pour réaliser les tâches difficiles, l’alternative de secours quand tout va mal. Dans les cas presque désespérés elle appelle les néo-cons à la barre et leur confie son destin; dans tous les autres cas les impérialistes canadiens préfèrent les sociaux-collaborateurs libéraux, Nouveau Parti Démocratique (NPD) comme en Ontario et dans les provinces de l’ouest ou le Bloc québécois (BQ) au Québec.
L’avantage des sociaux-collaborateurs sur les néo-cons, c’est qu’avec le concours des bureaucrates syndicaux hâbleurs et de la gauche pluriel ils trompent les travailleurs, ils feront la politique des néo-cons de Monsieur Harper mais sans heurts, ils sont de meilleurs soporifiques et sont beaucoup plus éclectiques, moins rigides, moins souvent la matraque au poing et les prisons remplies de récalcitrants. Les sociaux-comploteurs parviennent à maintenir la paix sociale en ayant un peu moins recours à la répression.
Parfois les politiciens à la solde des industriels de l’Est (Ontario-Québec) font comprendre aux Américains qu’ils ne peuvent intervenir militairement en Irak car leurs intérêts impérialistes ne sont pas bien servis par cette attaque, alors que les néo-cons représentant les pétroliers de l’Ouest (Alberta, Saskatchewan) ne refusent jamais leur concours pour une attaque néo-coloniale. Ils sont en collusion parfaite avec leurs associés outre 49e parallèle (États-Unis d’Amérique) et répondent rapidement aux demandes d’assistance, comme ils l’ont prouvé en Libye récemment.

Il y a plusieurs années (1984-1993), l’avant-dernier maître séant de l’Alliance Progressiste-Conservatrice, M. Brian Mulroney avait réussi l’union entre la bourgeoisie industrielle du Québec, inféodée aux impérialistes industriels américains, et les impérialistes du pétrole de l’ouest, inféodés aux impérialistes des hydrocarbures des États-Unis, par-dessus la tête des industriels « nationalistes » de l’Ontario et des Maritimes.
Brian Mulroney et ses Progressistes (sic) Conservateurs avaient été appelés au pouvoir par la classe capitaliste monopoliste canadienne et américaine parce que les libéraux hésitaient à voter en faveur de la création d’une zone de libre-échange nord américaine (ALENA, États-Unis, Canada, Mexique) et ils ne se décidaient pas à instituer un système de taxe sur la valeur ajoutée (TPS) pour imposer encore plus lourdement le peuple canadien. Les « Bleus » de Mulroney ont réalisé ces deux tâches puis ont été lessivés à l’élection suivante (1993) par l’électorat en colère. Les « Rouges » (sic) du parti Libéral les ont remplacés en faisant la promesse une fois élus de démanteler ce que les « bleus » avaient édifié; ils n’en n’ont rien fait évidemment. Voilà un bon exemple de la fourberie de la démocratie bourgeoise.
En 2006, l’Alliance réactionnaire Conservatrice de Stephen Harper a été appelée au pouvoir par la classe capitaliste monopoliste canadienne avec le soutien des impérialistes américains afin, encore une fois, d’imposer le diktat américain sur la politique canadienne. Il y a plusieurs années que les États-Unis demandent à la classe capitaliste canadienne de contribuer plus sérieusement aux efforts de guerre et d’agression dans les Balkans, contre l’Irak, contre l’Afghanistan, contre la Libye et contre l’Iran éventuellement, etc. et les libéraux se sont souvent éclipsés prétextant le mauvais état de l’armée pour ne pas soutenir ces guerres de rapine américaines.
Comme précédemment, l’Alliance réactionnaire Conservatrice a eu mandat de corriger la situation. Depuis l’élection de Stephen Harper, et cela totalement à l’encontre de la volonté populaire, le budget du ministère de la « Défense » a augmenté de 30 %, et un contrat de 30 milliards a été signé pour l’achat d’une soixantaine d’avions furtifs F-35 américains. D’autre part, l’État « Harper » a poursuivi sa politique de liquidation des acquis sociaux et le démantèlement des services étatiques pour remettre ces services publics à la curée du secteur capitaliste monopoliste privé. Les Conservateurs ayant accompli ces basses besognes, le pouvoir sera maintenant remis par les capitalistes monopolistes canadiens à leur parti politique préféré (le Parti Libéral) qui poursuivra la politique réactionnaire conservatrice mais sans monsieur Harper, qui devrait dégoter pour service rendu un emploi très lucratif et la participation à de nombreux conseils d’administration.
C’est que Stephen Harper n’a pas su consolider l’alliance avec les capitalistes monopolistes du Québec. Ce laquais s’est mis trop ouvertement au service des seuls pétroliers de l’Ouest et il a méprisé les impérialistes industriels de l’Ontario et de la Colombie-Britannique (industrie du bois et de la pêche) qui ont maille à partir avec les impérialistes américains et se tournent peu à peu vers l’impérialisme chinois. Il arrive que la classe capitaliste canadienne ne parvient pas à faire son unité; c’est alors au plus fort la caisse gouvernementale, et cette fois, la caisse passera entre les doigts futés des impérialistes financiers ontariens après avoir été accaparée cinq années d’affilée par les pétroliers de l’Ouest.
Oubliez les analyses fantaisistes des chroniqueurs politiques, la bataille de coq à propos de la coalition interpartis que tous les partis fédéraux ont souhaitée puis reniée, oubliez les promesses électorales destinées à brouiller les cartes et à appâter les pecnots méprisés par la classe des commis voyageurs politiques biens payés… tout cela vise à distraire et à diriger vers les urnes puis vers la petite case (du candidat Libéral) où à la fin de l’exercice électoral frauduleux une minorité d’électeurs canadiens croira résider la moins pire des solutions désastreuses à la crise économique et politique en cours au Canada.
Voilà résumée en quelques strophes la fraude électorale démocratique bourgeoise canadienne à laquelle toute la gauche voue un culte désordonné, pour ne pas parler de la droite qui prie chaque nuit le dieu « démocratie ». Observez en France, en Belgique, en Suisse, vous constaterez les mêmes magouilles et les mêmes mystifications de la population.

Voici résumé cette séance de cinéma vérité électorale canadienne. Stephen Harper vient de démarrer sa campagne en toute confiance, il n’a pas été mis dans la confidence croyant en sa bonne étoile brillante au firmament des serviteurs de la classe des parvenus. Eh oui, il arrive que les faiseurs d’élections ne dévoilent pas leur stratégie à leurs pions car alors ils se rebifferaient et ne s’accommoderaient pas d’un scénario de perdition.
Dans quelque pays d’Occident que ce soit, ce ne sont pas les résultats des intentions de votes avant la campagne électorale qui comptent mais les sondages sur le degré de satisfaction de la population envers la gestion d’un parti bourgeois au pouvoir (par exemple, ces sondages sont désastreux pour Sarkozy et il sera très difficile de sauver le soldat Sarkozy). Si Harper avait respecté cette règle, il aurait sagement évité de défier ses adversaires des partis sociaux-collaborateurs coalisés (Libéral, NPD et Bloc québécois).
En début de campagne, comme il n’est jamais recommandé de le faire, l’Alliance réactionnaire Conservatrice a démarré sur les chapeaux de roues avec une confortable avance dans les intentions de votes; ces nabots ne peuvent que reculer dans les intentions de vote, leur marge de manœuvre vers l’avant étant épuisée. Il vaut mieux partir avec un retard dans les sondages puis remonter la pente progressivement… L’effet « gagnant » est alors assuré.
Les libéraux d’Ignatieff, ont marqué le pas et ne se sont pas trop agités en début de campagne électorale, de même pour les chauvins bloquistes dans leur fief du Québec. À la mi-campagne, les sondages devraient commencer à bouger et indiquer le revirement de l’électorat manipulé par les médias qui ont commencé à se réaligner suite aux ordres reçus de leurs patrons, les propriétaires des cartels médiatiques (six au Canada, ils sont faciles à identifier).
À la fin de la tournée en autobus nolisés des candidats pour la direction de l’État-major étatique, l’électorat canadien découvrira que le gagnant est Michaël Ignatieff et le groupe des impérialistes financiers de Toronto (la métropole financière canadienne). Ce diplômé de Harvard et de Cambridge, petit fils d’immigré « russe Blanc » contre-révolutionnaire, aura son heure de gloire pour servir ses maîtres WASP de l’Ontario.
Les divers partis de gauche soi-disant communiste mais aussi trotskyste et pseudos « Marxiste –Léniniste » rangeront leurs brocards, leurs affiches, leurs dossards et leurs pancartes jusqu'à la prochaine mascarade démocratique bourgeoise où ils viendront accréditer le mythe des élections « démocratiques » manipulées à grand frais et aux multiples magouilles et mensonges auxquels de moins en moins de citoyens canadiens portent attention et confiance (sauf la gauche évidemment).
Et s’il en était autrement, si un parti populaire canadien qui ne ferait pas l’affaire risquait de s’emparer du pouvoir par les urnes, sachez que la bourgeoisie annulerait purement et simplement cette formalité comme elle l’a déjà fait en Espagne, en Allemagne, en Italie, au Chili, dans quelques pseudos démocraties d’Amérique latine, en Algérie, en Palestine, en Haïti et en Côte d’Ivoire pour ne citer que les exemples les plus connus.
Qu’est-ce qu’un parti politique véritablement de gauche vient faire dans cette galère des élections démocratiques bourgeoises ? Il joue les figurants pour que madame Hilary Clinton puisse ensuite présenter la « démocratie bourgeoise » comme le modèle de gouvernance idéale et qu’ensuite elle puisse proclamer que les soi-disant « Révolution égyptienne, tunisienne et libyenne » sont victorieuses puisqu’il y aura dorénavant ce type d’élection bidon, truquée, manipulée, aux résultats alambiqués, avec alternance parlementaire - bonnet blanc puis blanc bonnet - et on recommence.
Boycottons l’élection canadienne frauduleuse, il est futile de participer à cette fourberie et dangereux de la sanctionner.
